  Attended fabulous nails with my Aunty and mother, the team did an amazing job for all of us and we couldn’t have been happier! Such a relaxing vibe and attentive staff. Just wish they’d open a shop in Melbourne :P

  Mai, thank you for doing mine, my daughters and my sisters nails today. A relaxing spa pedicure , an amazing manicure and nail art. Very professional , welcoming, friendly, wonderful customer service within a well set out salon . An overall positive experience with everything . Keep up the great work that you do. Highly recommended

  Gorgeous family business, amazing attention to details with warm and welcoming vibe. I got a hot towel after my mani which was heavenly, never been served so kindly in a nail salon before. If you have trouble getting upstairs for waxing, they can serve you downstairs as well.

  Went to fabulous nails today, went in because of there $40 pedicure sign outside, confirm with the lady I would like my acrylics soaked off, a basic tidy up and the $40 pedicure.
  I get in the chair get given the colours, ask if the glitter colour is extra, lady tells me no.
  The other young lady removes my nails with another nail despite the fact I told her I would like them soaked, after all that pain my nails are left flaky and sore.
  Get to the counter $95, I ask what for as I was told $20 for removal and $40 for the pedicure. They tried to argue this was not what I asked for but I was clear with what I wanted.
  The young lady was very rude about the whole situation and I will not be back because of her, also tried to argue when I advised my nails where messy and not finished well especially not for the extra $25 I was requested to pay for a manicure.
  
  Save your money and avoid this place
  
  To be clear my nails where not already damaged before the lady ripped off my nails, I am a beauty therapist and I know for a fact soaking is better. Really disappointed in your response and I hope my review helps others avoid such experiences

  Awful set of nails! Don't go here!! They are new owners, no where near as good as the previous owners. I was left with, streaky, bumpy and uneven nails, glue and product left all over my fingers and even a spot where they cut through the skin on my thumb. I asked for a refund as I couldn't bare to leave spending $70 on the worst set of nails I've ever had. I was given a lecture about how she asked me if I was happy with them before I left, yelled at and given $50 to leave. The pictures speak for themselves!!
  
  Edit: I don't even want to reply to the owners comments. Ive never witnessed such awful customer service. 50+ people have seen the photos in 24hrs so I'm sure everyone can make up their own mind about the quality of the nails.
