The employees are not qualified for the job. They don’t know how to answer to your questions and they have to talk with the manager for every single thing you ask them.
And it takes ages to complete the process.
If I would have done it myself I would have saved 131$ and mainly I would get back way more.

Last year I had a few tax returns to be submitted that couldn't be put off longer. Having heard so often the ads on the radio, i made an appointment. Even though i was dredding how long it was going to take and how much it was going to cost. I went to my appointment, 75 minutes later it was done. Happy days. I left with a smile on my face because I was getting a fantastic tax refund, way way above what I thought considering i was expecting to owe the ATO money( the cost was higher than i expected but that was my fault not H&R Blocks). The team at Morley are friendly, fast and thorough in making sure they cover all possible deductions allowed for there customers. So it was a no brainer for me to go back and see the team at H&R Block in Morley this year.
