  Sitting at your cafe as I write this. Chatting with some elderly ladies about how wrong it is that you only have one staff member (they started the conversation not me) doing literally everything, making coffee serving trying her best to juggle everything while she is clearly stressed out. I just wanted to get up and help the poor girl.
  
  I used to work at the innaloo store for 3 years and it is was generally the same there too, we never had enough staff to properly serve the customers needs. Not much has changed if anything it has only gotten worse. If you can't afford to pay staff why run a cafe? Customers suffer when there isn't enough staff and the staff members are bound to burn out which is just so unfair. It's a shame because other than that Miss Maud is such a lovely place.. it's clear most people feel the same too.
  
  Other than that coffee was lovely and well done to the sweet hard working girl doing everything alone.

  The food was good. Service was OK.
  
  The dishes ordered were Swedish Bubble and Squeak ( potatoes, diced Swedish Sausage), a big breakfast, Scrambled Eggs on Toast and Pancakes and Bacon

  Great service.
  
  I ordered my breakfast and realised a few moments later that i had lost my phone. They had just finished making my coffee when i told them i had to go look for my phone.
  i came back about 15 min later expecting they would microwave it for me but without even asking me they made me a fresh cup. Awesome! Thanks :)

  We ordered a decaf coffee and pot of tea on Saturday. Coffee delivered in a coffee cup which was dirty. Advised the staff and they took the coffee away and saw the young lady wipe the cup and return the same cup back. I refused that coffee and requested a fresh cup. The lady took the cup away and then saw her just pour the existing coffee into a new cup and returned the coffee to me. I again refused that coffee and requested a fresh cup be made into a new cup. The young lady then advised that they had no more decaf coffee left (this was only mid morning. What where they going to do for the rest of the day?) and asked if I would like something else. Absolutely poor service under the Miss Maud banner. Never go back again

  Staff were closing early (3:55 on 22nd April) and would not serve me. Time verified, not exaggerated. Couldn't purchase an emergency birthday cake for my father's birthday. Fortunately, Coles next door had a fantastic little cake for $7 (a fifth of the price and I was surprised by the quality).
