    Extremely rude customer service by one lady in her mid 40-50's. I ordered a specific dietary request that I do at every subway I go to with no problems at all (including those that are overseas), but I was told very rudely that it is not possible. I politely explained how normally this hasn't been a problem, but she proceeded to lecture me that it is not possible. I did not want to argue, so I said that if it will cause too much hassle, not to worry, to which she sighed, and said 'fine then'. To top it off, there was barely any salad in the sandwich, she gave the wrong type of cheese ordered, and the bread was not fresh at all. Very disappointing for the reputation of Subway. Will not be returning to this particular one.

    There is hardly ever a wait for this subway store. Staff are friendly enough. Salad items have always been fresh.
