  Absolutely awful experience with this branch. Firstly the rep (Courtney) didn’t book a seat for my daughter and then just shrugged and said she didn’t remember when I asked her why she didn’t do it 3 months ago at the time of booking. Then her manager came in (Corina) who was immediately very confrontational. After they’ve got your money they are very difficult to get hold of. I had to keep showing up right before they open just to get them to deal with the problem they had created.
  Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

  Would not recommend booking at this store . No communication at all . Had to call their emergency assistance line 4 times to get my ticket , seat and extra luggage that I paid for crossed over to my new ticket .
  Very poor service.

  Another one star for this Flight Centre, mostly because of the very rude and confrontational Corina- who lacks the travel knowledge and people skills it takes to be a professional travent agent. WORST experience ever and I have never felt so concerned that I would run into an issue on my holiday.
  
  And of course there was an issue... with Emirates apparently cancelling my seat on my flight home...with no reason or justification. The only good experience I had with this store was Siobhan showing empathy during this error and trying her hardest to find a solution. Which she did and I am very grateful for.

  Staff are extremely rude and have zero regard for peoples time, I have now tried to book some flights at this branch twice, the first time I was told “due to covid they are seeing customers by appointment only” but then they don’t respond to your emails!!! keep in mind nothing on their website etc says this.
  Second time I arrived at 4:30 and they have stock a sign up saying “due to covid they have closed early” when both their website and google says they should be open until 5:30.
  I tried to speak to the manager (Corina) to make a complaint about the inconvenience as I have drove a long way now twice to try and see someone and Corina says you need to send an email, I explained I have sent multiple emails and have received zero response so she just sat there looking at her screen. You cannot just print a sing and stick it your window without updating google or your website. It is wasting peoples time and money. Calling yourself a business. Pathetic.

  The staff is attentive and noticed that they are assisting the customers very efficiently and fewer people waiting due to that.
  I hope that the store will maintain this quality of customer service.
  
  I deleted my previous 1- Star review and published this 4-star review because I received a very professional response to my negative review from the management and then I visited the store after my negative experince and noticed a very significant improvement in customer service.
  
  I would also like to thank the management for the swift action and making this store an efficient and pleasant place.
