  A fabulous community minded gym with awesome trainers and members, a real gym family. Huge shoutout to Nic, who helped me to build confidence after pregnancy! I can enjoy running again! :))))

  Inner City Fitness is more than just a place to workout, it’s an amazing community! We have been with Inner City for around 4years and have been involved in some great events such as triathlons, runs and comps during that time. The added bonus is we have made so many friends too! If your looking for somewhere to get fit and be supported, this is where you should go. The owners Nic and Raf along with all the trainers are amongst the best humans I know!

  Best CrossFit gym! The team and everyone is very welcome, friendly and supportive. So many classes at various times, various disciplines, it fits all schedules and preferences! I couldn’t recommend this place enough, Nic and Raf are awesome!

  I've been a member and part of the Inner City community for the past 6 years. This gym caters for all ages and fitness levels. If you're looking to keep fit and meet a great bunch of people come and join in :)

  A great quality and inclusive gym, for beginners or professional athletes and everyone inbetween.
  
  As a plus size person, finding an inclusive gym can be hard sometimes. But this gym is inclusive and non judgmental, and the quality of the coaches can't be beat. All of the coaches are absolute experts and are always kind and patient, even with the most basic (and sometimes repeated) questions. All the coaches are prepared to give extra time and attention.
  
  The equipment is also incredible. Even in a packed class there's always enough equipment to go around and it's all professional level. I can't even imagine how much they have invested!
  
  I also want to add that the gym has gone above and beyond during COVID times. They have been so proactive and careful with cleaning and masks, and during lockdowns they had online workouts and coaching that was just incredible.
  
  I feel so safe and supportive and my fitness and strength are the best they've ever been. I would recommend this gym to anyone.
