Shouldn't have to pay extra $$$$ to fix a problem that shouldn't happen in the first place. I feel the staff also don't want to listen to your problem and try and fix it.

Zantta, who sold it to me, was also absolutely brilliant.. when I started crying knowing how much this will mean to the recipient she even asked if I would like a hug and in this day and age those human touches are so amazing and needed.
